  • Full-time We are seeking a skilled NextGen Software Support Technician to provide technical and functional support for the NextGen Healthcare EHR platform.
This role is responsible for troubleshooting system issues, supporting end users, and ensuring optimal performance of the EMR system across clinical and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities Provide support for NextGen Healthcare EHR users (providers, extenders, front office staff) Troubleshoot software, workflow, and interface issues Manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation Assist with system configuration, templates, and user setup Support EMR upgrades, patches, and testing efforts Collaborate with IT, vendors, and clinical staff to resolve technical issues Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when necessary Provide user training and guidance as needed Must be able to travel between Temecula/Hemet.
