Job Description
What You'll Do:
Provide day-to-day support for workstations, printers, phones, and end-user applications Respond to help desk requests and troubleshoot technical issues Maintain and update computer equipment and peripherals Support printing, scanning, and faxing functionality Assist with hardware connectivity, including video conferencing and clinical devices Perform routine maintenance and ensure systems are secure and protected Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support activities Travel to Valley-Wide sites as neededLevel I:
Entry to early-career level role focused on foundational technical support Provides basic troubleshooting and end-user support across systems and devices Assists with workstation setup, deployments, and routine maintenanceQualifications:
Associate's degree in computer technology or 1-2 years of related experience Strong knowledge of workstation operating systems and peripherals Customer service experience with ability to support end usersLevel II:
Advanced role with greater independence and technical responsibility Handles complex troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network systems Supports infrastructure components, including servers, backups, and network configurations Assists with system improvements and higher-level technical supportQualifications:
Associate's degree in computer technology and 2-4 years of network/system support experience Advanced troubleshooting skills across systems and infrastructure Experience with Active Directory, security concepts, and network support preferred Starting pay will be determined based on experience and placement at Level I or Level II.
