The primary day-to-day responsibility is to meet the needs of our customer base and the manufacturers we serve. Those duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Providing customer service by answering phone calls and emails.
• Processing customer orders.
• Compiling quotations and submittal packages for equipment bids.
• Utilization of CRM tool to maintain contacts and manage projects.
• Assisting and directing customers with technical support, application and troubleshooting issues.
• Supporting outside sales efforts through assistance with marketing programs, training meetings and customer events. The skillset necessary to be successful in this position includes:
• A customer centric attitude is the essential foundation of our business.
• Effective and professional communications skills.
• Basic understanding of HVAC/R equipment, principles and applications.
• The willingness and ability to learn technical subject matter.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• The ability to work independently and at times without supervision.

Being self-motivated is paramount to succeeding in our business. This position is primarily office based at GSC's Colorado office location. Occasionally there may be a need to visit customer locations to support their efforts in promoting, selling and applying the products we represent. Factory training meetings may require limited overnight travel.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
