Job Description

Summary Our company strives to provide the best IT experience for our employees. This part time position will provide support to the IT team and internal users by assisting with the VoIP phone system, hardware, and software issues, and new hire setup. The following list outlines the essential job duties and minimum expectations: Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users in a Microsoft environment Build and maintain professional relationships with network providers Communicate status updates to all relevant company personnel Resolve internal support tickets via phone, email, remote, and in-person Swiftly troubleshoot and support basic hardware and software problems Set up and/or move workstations as needed Create and configure new users in Active Directory, Office/ Microsoft 365, IP Phone systems, and other systems Knowledge of VOIP phone systems is a plus but not required Ad hoc duties Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, and/or Active Directory is required Solid experience and understanding of computer hardware Microsoft Office knowledge and/or experience Ambitious and possesses a desire for more knowledge related to technology Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills Maintains a high level of organization and attention to detail A dependable performer that demonstrates the ability to be flexible and adapt to situations Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes good planning and prioritizing skills Excellent follow-up to on-going /persistent technical matters Not intimidated by unknown problems and works confidently to solve them This position is
PART-TIME
(20-30 hours per week.) The expected working hours are Monday-Friday, semi-flexible from 7am - 5pm.
