Job Description
Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and shop-floor systemsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely mannerSupport ERP users (e.g., troubleshooting access issues, basic navigation, reporting support, coordination with ERP teams/vendors)Provision and deprovision user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, ERP systems)Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment across office and production environmentsSupport network connectivity (wired/wireless), including basic troubleshooting of switches, routers, and VLANsMaintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, and support proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and operations to resolve system issuesAssist with system upgrades, patches, and IT projects (ERP enhancements, infrastructure updates, etc.)Ensure adherence to IT security policies, including endpoint protection and user access controlsProvide on-site support in a manufacturing/plant environment (including shop floor as needed)
