Job Title:
IT Support Technician Job Purpose:
As a vital member of the IT Support team, you will provide technology support to users within the organization which consists of 16 locations in the Denver metro area. You are joining a fast-paced team that delivers and enable employees with the tools they need to be successful. The role is responsible for providing job site support, direct resolution and assist with the management of computers, hardware, and software. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: Install, configure, maintain, support, repair, and dispose computer hardware, software, printers, desk phones, mobile devices, and similar peripherals. Response to service issues, requests, and tasks based on priorities. Comprehend policies, standards, and follow procedures such as incident, service request, change, asset management, etc. Provide inputs to management team on improving them. Communicate upgrades to management team, and ensure managers know what to expect on the night of, or morning of an upgrade. Communicate Equipment issues on a timely basis Complete basic trouble shooting of checking connections and rebooting. Complete Technology Travel Paths and/or complete the DT Technology Walk-Thru monthly. Ensure Tablets, or other devices are Whitelisted, for easy access. Replace equipment and re-image equipment as needed or to replenish organizations swap pool. Review Atos calls monthly, and coach accordingly to avoid procedural or unnecessary calls. Utilize

software to do so. Utilize MOST and RRM to check and maintain the health of restaurant devices. Work with organization leadership on the reinvestment plans for technology within the organization. Drive the successful delivery of projects in alignment with the business strategy by connecting processes, project planning and l analysis to support successful and timely cross-functional execution. Lead the intake process and ensure project requests are analyzed and communicated to appropriate stakeholders. Facilitate the resolution of conflicts among project team and/or project stakeholders. May require lifting or carrying equipment up to 30 lbs. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, or MIS or related field of study or equivalent experience in IT / Hardware support / project management. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in providing IT support or similar technical support services to users in a fast pace and dynamic environment. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's) Excellent written and verbal communications. Possess a professional attitude and work ethic in addition to being well organized and efficient. Ability to deal with unforeseen situations and come up with logical solutions to these problems. Excellent hands-on IT technical knowledge in Windows, Mac, G-Suite, Microsoft Office products, anti-malware, network, VPN, etc. Skills & Attributes, Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, communications, technical, research, analytical and trouble shooting skills. Must be self-motivated, resourceful and have a strong work ethic. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Technical expertise. Working Conditions Fast food restaurant environment with regulated temperature. Position will require an ability to sit, talk or hear for frequently long periods of time. Bend and reach with hands and arms. Daily lifting and/or ability to move up to 10 pounds and infrequently up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and coordination are required to perform the work using a personal computer and various software programs, calculator, phone, copy and fax machines and other related tools and equipment. Personal Protective Equipment usage where required.
