Job Description:

Manager of Post Sales Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical escalation point for dealers and installers Provide hands-on guidance related to vehicle wiring, mechanical assembly, and upfitting systems . Oversee repair procedures, warranty claims, and after-sales technical processes . Support and help manage the dealer and technician certification program via a Learning Management System (LMS). Work closely with Customer Experience leadership to ensure dealers complete certification requirements. Support dealer onboarding and technical readiness as the company expands regionally and nationally. Travel as needed to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and support dealer operations (training primarily centralized). Qualifications Practical experience with vehicle upfitting, mechanical systems, and electrical/wiring work . Strong understanding of installation quality, diagnostics, and field repairs . Experience working with dealers, installers, or service networks . Familiarity with warranty processes, repair documentation, and technical standards . Comfortable managing or supporting certification programs and LMS platforms .

Salary range:

$80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
