Technical Product Support Engineer- RF/Microwave Solutions Molex life insurance, parental leave United States, Colorado, Denver May 12, 2026 Your Job The RF/Microwave Solutions group within Molex is seeking a Technical Product Support Engineer to join our global Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-minded professional to help shape the future of RF connectivity solutions across a variety of cutting-edge industries and applications. The Technical Product Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in cultivating and executing new opportunities by providing rapid customer technical support, applying consistent and robust opportunity management, and serving as a reliable brand ambassador to our many internal and external stakeholders. This is a high visibility role that will be deeply impactful in our ability to execute upon an aggressive growth strategy in the competitive RF/Microwave connectivity marketplace. Our Team The RF/Microwave Solutions group within Molex's Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) is targeting an aggressive market share capture campaign across multiple focus markets. Our team is driving adoption of state-of-the-art interconnect technologies supporting the Telecom/Datacom, Automotive, Test & Measurement, Aerospace & Defense, and Industrial Automation/Robotics markets, proudly supporting global industry leaders by delivering innovative, reliable interconnect solutions that help raise the bar of what is possible. What You Will Do Serve as the primary technical point of contact within the Business Development team, supporting our global Sales team and channel partners from opportunity qualification to conversion.
Lead opportunity execution by coordinating timelines and deliverables across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations from initial qualification through customer launch.
Position Molex as a preferred design partner in RF/Microwave applications, working with the Product Management and Engineering teams to provide quick-turn consultative design support, drive tailored value creation strategies, and fine tune our offering and positioning to win.
Compile detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
Support the buildout of Sales enablement resources and training collateral that empowers our Sales stakeholders to generate high quality, high probability opportunities for our products and capabilities.
Collaborate with Marketing to inject Voice of Market into campaign activities to maximize engagement
Represent Molex at trade shows, conferences, and technical events to build brand awareness and generate leads. Who You Are (Basic Requirements) Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or minimum 10 years of experience in customer-facing role within RF interconnect industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales role in the global telecommunications, electronics, or electrical component marketplace.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
Willingness to travel as necessary to support business, with a primary focus on locations within North America. What Will Put You Ahead Knowledge of RF connector and cable assembly design or manufacturing process
Knowledge of/experience with RF applications in Telecommunications, AI/ML, Test & Measurement (including High Speed Digital Testing), Aerospace & Defense, and/or Industrial Automation (including IoT, Robotics) markets
Experience developing value propositions and technical solutions for customers
Background in product management or technical marketing For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000- $120,000 per year.
