You will drive operational excellence by managing critical manufacturing records, ensuring process clarity, and maintaining the integrity of technical documentation to support high-quality production outcomes. Responsibilities Develop and refine manufacturing travelers and shop instructions to ensure seamless production workflows. Maintain rigorous version control systems to guarantee that all technical documentation aligns with current engineering revisions. Audit active work orders to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established manufacturing sequences. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex design intent into clear, actionable work instructions. Monitor and report on documentation metrics to provide leadership with actionable insights into production status. Streamline manufacturing processes by identifying and removing documentation bottlenecks to improve overall efficiency. Support quality assurance initiatives by preparing data packages and verifying compliance with operational standards. Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical manufacturing or production environment. Proven ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically for document management and reporting. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-accuracy records. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Skills Direct experience with document control systems or quality management software. Background in fabrication, welding, or industrial production environments. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques. Experience drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical teams.
