We are seeking a skilled and motivated IS Systems Support Technician to join our Information Systems team. This role is responsible for resolving escalated tickets, managing hardware inventory, fulfilling Access Requests and forms creation. Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Purchasing Maintain accurate inventory of PCs, peripherals, and IT supplies Assist with quoting, ordering, receiving, and documenting purchases User Access Management Assist in setting up new user accounts and access based on roles Manage changes and terminations in Active Directory, email, remote access, EHR, and other systems Technical Support & Ticket Resolution Support desktop technicians by managing the IT ticket queue Troubleshoot, prioritize, and escalate issues as needed Project Implementation Configure and deploy hardware/software for department and enterprise projects Contribute to workflow design and execution Workflow & Process Improvement Analyze clinical and administrative workflows to identify inefficiencies Recommend and implement improvements in coordination with CIS staff Downtime Planning Work with Emergency Management to design and document department-specific downtime procedures EHR & Clinical Documentation Collaborate with clinical teams and informatics to build and maintain EHR documentation workflows Education and/or Experience Three to five years of IS systems support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
