Role Description This is a full-time, remote role (optional) for a Customer Support Engineer. The Customer Support Engineer will provide technical support to clients, resolve troubleshooting issues, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with the maintenance and functionality of our AI Vision Platform, supporting field service activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Customer Support and excellent interpersonal skills to address user requirements and issues effectively. Experience with Troubleshooting and Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly. Require knowledge of Linux, and basic networking experience. Knowledge of docker, and Kubernetes a plus. Knowledge of surveillance cameras a plus. Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional interactions with clients and team members. Hands-on experience in Field Service, including onsite support and system maintenance. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and solve complex technical issues. Familiarity with AI systems or video analytics platforms is a plus. Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset. Some travel to support customer is required.
