3+ years of customer-facing IT support experience Experience supporting desktops, laptops, servers, networks, Audio/Video, and VOIP systems Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Active Driver s License High School Diploma or equivalent Job Summary Seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, network equipment, servers, Audio/Video systems, telephony, and related technologies. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, project coordination, and end-user support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and support workstations, servers, network, AV, and voice systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues Lead and support IT projects and technology deployments Provide exceptional customer service and technical support Coordinate with internal IT teams, engineers, and business stakeholders Maintain documentation and follow IT policies and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Experience with Mac/iOS environments Knowledge of networking, VOIP, collaboration tools, and server technologies Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
