IT Help Desk Professional

As an "In House" IT operative working with office personnel, delivery drivers, and service technicians with technical questions/problems, it will be your responsibility to manage a variety of the company's technology to maintain uninterrupted workflow throughout the organization.

These responsibilities include:

Network installation and management Printer troubleshooting and maintenance MDM installation Crowdstrike EDR management Business phone management and onboarding Internet management Microsoft Administration and Microsoft 365 Suite Apple Business Manager Proprietary sites/applications General IT support Communication with IT vendors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, Apple products, and MAC. Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and oral communication skills combined with patience. Ability to efficiently learn and utilize new software applications. Basic use of tools and knowledge of IT hardware.
