As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other technology equipment Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security Manage user accounts and access permissions Train employees on how to use new technology and software Maintain inventory of all technology equipment and supplies Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions and upgrades Communicate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems Familiarity with cloud-based systems and applications Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Why Work with Us?
