Job Description
Required Skills 1+ year of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience. Experience with PC hardware and software installation/troubleshooting. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Office 365. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Requirements Must possess a valid driver''s license and be able to drive. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
