Summary We are seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our dynamic team at Innovative Network Solutions Corp. This role is essential in providing top-notch technical support and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of service. The position is based in the United States and plays a critical role in maintaining effective IT operations. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly. Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory. Assist with network administration tasks, including LAN setup and maintenance. Monitor and maintain firewall configurations to ensure network security. Utilize ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow to track support requests. Perform software troubleshooting for various applications including Office products. Requirements Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or similar role in IT support. Strong knowledge of LAN, network administration, and firewall management. Familiarity with Active Directory and DNS configurations. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
