Job Description

Job Overview Desktop Support Technician We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support across the organization. This role is the primary contact for IT requests, responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and end-user issues while delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Handle IT requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues for onsite and remote users. Support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices. Provide timely support to minimize downtime; escalate complex issues as needed. Infrastructure & Systems Troubleshoot basic network issues (IP, printers, mapped drives, access). Configure and maintain printers and peripherals. Assist with system imaging, deployments, and workstation setup. Perform updates, maintenance, monitoring, and backup checks. Support local infrastructure including switches, wireless, and cabling. Documentation & Improvement Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset inventory. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Collaborate on new tools, technologies, and process enhancements. Qualifications Required 3+ years of IT/desktop support experience. Strong familiarity with Windows and Mac. Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pay:
$46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
