Data Center IT Project Delivery Specialist About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Center IT Project Delivery Specialist to support the successful execution of critical infrastructure and network deployment projects across regional data center sites. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery activities, including structured cabling, rack-and-stack implementation, low-voltage systems, network deployment, decommissioning activities, and construction coordination. The ideal candidate has strong project management capabilities, hands-on technical understanding of data center environments, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and with high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and data center deployment projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements. Coordinate with data center operations, construction teams, network integration vendors, procurement, supply chain, facilities teams, and third-party service providers throughout the project lifecycle. Support module deployment, structured cabling, low-voltage engineering, decommissioning activities, and ad-hoc cabling projects across regional data center sites. Review site readiness, environmental conditions, project dependencies, and construction progress according to project requirements and regional TPM guidance. Develop detailed cabling construction plans, rack-and-stack deployment plans, and technical implementation documentation based on SOWs, project plans, network architecture standards, and technical specifications. Prepare and manage bills of materials (BOM), service scope lists, implementation schedules, progress tracking reports, and project acceptance documentation. Supervise on-site project execution and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, EHS requirements, and operational procedures. Identify project risks, coordinate issue resolution, and proactively drive corrective actions to avoid delays, quality issues, or operational disruptions. Track project milestones and communicate project status updates to internal stakeholders and management teams. Support vendor management activities, including coordination of contractors, installers, and service providers during project execution. Ensure documentation, labeling, cabling standards, and installation quality comply with company and industry standards. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all activities are performed in accordance with applicable EHS and site safety policies. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in structured cabling, low-voltage engineering, IT infrastructure delivery, or data center project management. Experience managing data center deployment, construction, network integration, or infrastructure implementation projects. Strong understanding of structured cabling standards, low-voltage systems, rack-and-stack procedures, and data center infrastructure environments. Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced operational environments. Strong project coordination, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with project documentation, technical drawings, BOM management, and implementation planning. Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and EHS requirements related to data center operations and construction activities. Professional working proficiency in English. Preferred PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience working in international or multi-site data center environments. Chinese language skills are considered a plus. Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-regional project teams. Familiarity with network deployment, fiber/copper cabling systems, and critical infrastructure operations.
