Job Description
Key Responsibilities Execute mass deployments of Windows and macOS operating systems using enterprise imaging tools such as SCCM, MDT, Autopilot, or similar solutions Unbox, assemble, configure, and test desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals Apply physical asset tags to incoming IT equipment Accurately record serial numbers, MAC addresses, and assignment information within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system Ensure all standard applications, security patches, drivers, and configurations are properly installed Verify endpoint security controls including BitLocker, antivirus/EDR, and VPN functionality prior to deployment Support hardware refresh efforts and workstation deployments across the environment Assist with Tier II support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and related end-user devices Maintain detailed documentation and asset records Work independently and collaboratively to meet deployment schedules and project deadlines Required Qualifications Active Secret Clearance Active CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8140 compliant) 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Hardware Deployment roles Experience imaging and deploying Windows systems in an enterprise environment Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 Knowledge of Active Directory environments Experience supporting HP and Dell desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with SCCM, MDT, Microsoft Autopilot, or similar imaging solutions Experience supporting large-scale technology refresh or deployment projects Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and tools Understanding of endpoint security and device compliance requirements #AC2
