We are looking for a qualified candidate to work as a full-time Lead BMC Remedy/Helix Service Desk Professional with experience for a Government client in Washington, District of Columbia. , Required Skills Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder Minimum four (4) years of experience administering, maintaining, and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Software.
Certifications Requirements:
BMC Certified Professional or ITIL v4
