Work Hours:
M-F (37 hours)
Work Location:
Wilmington, DE (Onsite - Must be within an hour of Wilmington and will have to pay for parking)
Shift:
1 st Shift.
Interview:
In Person The Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) support in-house teams and responding person to helpdesk tickets.
Responsibilities:
Respond to help desk tickets. Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software. Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, computer conferencing systems, and administrative systems. Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts). Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience. Must have customer service experience. Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
