Job Description
We are looking for an Executive IT Support Specialist to provide high-level, personalized technology assistance to C-suite executives and senior leaders. This role emphasizes expertise in Apple iOS devices and other personal technology, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at troubleshooting, and demonstrates professionalism and discretion at all times.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional, high-touch technical support to C-suite executives and their administrative teams.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and setup for Apple iOS devices, including app configuration, device migration, and issue resolution.
Support a range of peripherals and accessories such as smartwatches, multimedia systems, and wireless speakers.
Assist with video conferencing and presentation technologies, ensuring smooth operation of platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
Implement and uphold best practices for cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection in all activities.
Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Offer after-hours and weekend support as required by executive schedules and business needs.
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Perform additional IT helpdesk or project tasks as assigned.
Extensive experience supporting Apple iOS devices in an enterprise environment.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently and efficiently.
Familiarity with both Windows and Mac systems, including desktop and laptop support in various settings.
Solid understanding of online security protocols and executive-level risk management.
Hands-on experience with video conferencing and presentation technologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information.
Availability for on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as needed.
