The ideal candidate will provide technical support across our infrastructure, with hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365, and a solid foundation in networking. This role is central to maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of our IT environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT support to office staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Administer and support Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines, storage, and cloud-based services Manage and support the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs Assist in the configuration and deployment of new devices, accounts, and cloud resources Document IT procedures, configurations, and incident resolutions Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing IT projects and initiatives Contribute to basic scripting or automation tasks to improve operational efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in IT support within an office environment Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration (virtual machines, Azure AD, resource management) Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, etc.) Networking — Level 3 (Intermediate): Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewall rules, and network troubleshooting. Able to independently resolve networking issues and assist with infrastructure configuration Development — Level 2 (Basic-Intermediate): Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash). Able to read, modify, and write basic scripts to support IT tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
