Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Specialist to support IT service delivery and continuous improvement of key ITSM processes. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality, improve operational efficiency, and support process execution through ServiceNow.

ResponsibilitiesSupport and improve core IT service management processesManage IT change activities, including planning, documentation, risk assessment, approvals, and post-implementation reviewOversee incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruptionLead problem management efforts, including root cause analysis and long-term corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and process improvementsUse ServiceNow to manage workflows, reporting, and process documentationHelp maintain service quality standards and support ITSM governance
