Job Description
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our client in Coconut Creek. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role focuses on remote troubleshooting and ticket resolution, ensuring high quality and timely support for external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide second-level support for user issues via phone, email, or ticketing system + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, including password resets, account creation, and permissions management + Administer and support Office 365 accounts, including mailbox setup, user access, and license assignments + Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10 operating system problems, including software installations, Windows updates, and device connectivity + Document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system + Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialist teams as appropriate + Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvement + VOIP support & administration + Server - VMware + Network supportRequirements Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ Experience working with Active Directory in a support or administrative capacity + Hands-on experience supporting Office 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive) + Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting Windows 10 workstation issues + Familiarity with ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar) + Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tickets while meeting service level agreements\ + Bachelors Degree Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
