Job Description

IT Support SpecialistWe are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1-2 support for end users across hardware, software, and network systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, resolving technical issues, and working in a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to manage multiple support requests.

ResponsibilitiesRespond to IT support tickets submitted via phone, email, or ticketing systemTroubleshoot issues involving Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, and business applicationsAssist with user account management including password resets and permissionsSupport remote employees using remote-access tools such as RDP, TeamViewer, or AnyDeskResolve issues with hardware components including laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheralsTroubleshoot basic network issues such as Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivitySupport new-hire onboarding including device setup and application configurationDocument all troubleshooting steps, solutions, and system changesMaintain and track IT equipment inventoryEscalate complex issues to senior system or network teams
