Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Admin to be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls, create helpdesk tickets, and ensure users are directed to the appropriate support personnel. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent communication and service standards within the IT department.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer inbound helpdesk calls and respond professionally to user inquiries. Create support tickets using Zoho Desk. Managing certain e-mail accounts, routing e-mails to appropriate departments, and creating service tickets as needed Log detailed and accurate information regarding user issues or requests. Escalate urgent or unresolved tickets to the appropriate IT staff. Monitor helpdesk queues and follow up on outstanding tickets. Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or helpdesk environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with IT terminology and common technical issues. Basic proficiency with CRM ticketing systems. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role Reports to :
