IT Senior Client Technology Nova Southeastern University (NSU) - Fort Myers, Fl Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and leading by example? You'll play a key role in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and ensuring seamless technology operations across campus. What You'll Do Deliver advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for hardware, software, and network issues Support and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, AV systems, and enterprise environments Lead and mentor team members while assisting with day-to-day operations Resolve escalated technical issues with a high level of customer service Coordinate technology support across classrooms, offices, clinics, and campus facilities Manage ticketing workflows and contribute to knowledge base documentation Assist with equipment deployment, relocation, and lifecycle maintenance Support videoconferencing, digital media, and network systems What You Bring Advanced knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux), and mobile platforms Experience with Active Directory, networking, and audiovisual systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments Ability to lead peers and mentor team members Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and evolving IT needs
Qualifications Required:
Associate's degree (or 60 credit hours) + 3 years of experience , OR Bachelor's degree in a related field + 1 year of experience Experience with advanced troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Microsoft certifications (MCITP or similar) Higher education experience Additional Requirements Willingness to travel locally and work occasional evenings or weekends The schedule will fluctuate M-F from 8:30-5 to 7:30-4 with occasional nights and weekends based on class coverage/events.
