You'll play a vital part in maintaining seamless IT operations across the organization, ensuring all employees have the tools and support they need to succeed. Responsibilities Provide hands-on desktop support for Windows, macOS, and iOS operating systems, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Assist users with configuring and managing computer hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, and operating systems to optimize performance. Resolve software problems related to Microsoft Office applications, enterprise tools like ServiceNow, Jira, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), GPO (Group Policy Objects), and other business-critical software. Support network connectivity issues involving LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, Meraki devices, and network administration tasks. Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and perform routine maintenance using BMC Remedy or ServiceNow ticketing systems. Assist with computer management tasks such as deploying updates, imaging devices, and maintaining IT infrastructure health through analysis skills and troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with team members on escalated issues involving TCP protocols, network security configurations like firewalls, and troubleshooting of network devices including switches and routers. Qualifications Proven experience providing technical support in a help desk or desktop support environment with a strong understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux. Solid knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals, mobile devices, and their maintenance. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory management, DNS configuration, and network protocols such as TCP/IP. Experience supporting IT infrastructure elements like LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, firewalls (including Meraki), SCCM deployment strategies, GPO management, and network administration tasks. Proficiency with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for tracking incidents and service requests. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
