END USER SUPPORT
ADMINISTRATORJupiter, FL | Contract-to-Hire (6 Months) | Full-Time─────────────────────────────────
ABOUT THE ROLE
─────────────────────────────────We are looking for a skilled End User Support Administrator to manage and support client endpoint devices and services. You will serve as a key technical resource for business units, working closely with the IT Senior Management Team and contributing to infrastructure improvements.─────────────────────────────────
WHAT YOU'LL DO
─────────────────────────────────
  • Provide daily technical support to business units and escalate unresolved issues to 2nd/3rd line teams
  • Administer and manage Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Configure, image, and stage laptops and desktop computers
  • Support unified communications systems including room systems and SaaS integrations
  • Monitor and enforce system security guidelines for clients
  • Manage email security, backups, and ancillary security systems
  • Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory and document incidents in the case management system
  • Take ownership of critical service issues and senior stakeholder communications
  • Evaluate, create, and manage automation scripts
  • Design and lead migration projects as technical lead
