Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobility Device Technician to join our team. Key Qualifications This job is an onsite at our work location
- Demonstrated experience delivering Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) development and support
- Demonstrated experience delivering Samsung Knox Enrollment (KME) program development and support
- Understanding of Enterprise Mobility Security and Windows Server design, configuration and administration
- System (hardware) and application (software) installation and configuration
- Mobile Device Management Certifications preferred
- System security and monitoring using installed tools as well as external tools Experience with configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining virtual and cloud environments Ability to work in a collaborative environment Willingness to contribute and support a knowledge sharing culture Balance multiple & shifting priorities Innovative thinking and problem solving Effective time management Ability to work different shifts Self-driven and motivated Excellent hand and eye ability working with micro parts and services Good organizational and follow through skills Responsibilities Unpack appropriate customer hardware and software.
