Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
This role will support the IT team s initiatives to maintain a high level of system availability and customer service company wide. The position is responsible for providing technical support and resolving more complex IT issues.
Specific Duties & Tasks:
Responsible for in-depth troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of technical problems, as well as assisting technicians in solving escalated issues. Responsible for providing Service Titan application support. Responsible for maintaining Active Directory/Group Policy administration. Provide support for customers and technical staff. Work with vendors in the process of troubleshooting escalated incidents. Provide onsite, hands-on, and remote technical support in windows environment. Troubleshoot and support network wiring. Support mobile workforce devices including Android, Apple, and Windows devices. Maintain spare parts inventory. Image Tablets and Desktop PCs. Responsible for administering software/hardware updates and upgrades. Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace. Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates (or higher) degree in networking technology preferred. A+ and MCP certifications. At least 1-5 years of experience working in a Help Desk and/or PC support environment. Must have advanced skills in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining Windows 11 in a Windows Server 2019 and 2022, networked environment. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Basic networking knowledge and support including switches, wiring, TCPIP, DHCP and DNS knowledge. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks required. Ability to occasionally work a flexible work schedule (variable days/hours). Ability to perform duties of the position with minimal supervision. Experience with the Service Titan application is a plus. Reliable transportation to travel to remote locations. Be at least 18 years of age. Applicable military experience will be considered. Ability to speak Spanish, preferred. Eligible to legally work in the United States. Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
