Full Job Description Service Desk Technician Location:
Start in Melbourne, FL (until September), then permanently move to Orlando, FL 100%
Onsite Pay:
$45/hr (W2) +
Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Schedule:
Monday-Friday (Business Hours) + rotating after-hours on-call support
Duration:
6+ Month Contract (possible extension or conversion) Job Summary We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for office and remote users. This role supports desktops, laptops, hardware, software, and IT projects while ensuring a smooth end-user experience. Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Support users via phone, email, chat, remote tools, and onsite assistance Manage and update tickets in ServiceNow Escalate issues when needed and coordinate with IT teams Support IT projects and maintain documentation Travel to nearby sites when required Requirements Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by applicable law) Associate degree in IT or related field preferred 1-3 years of Service Desk / IT Support experience 1-2 years of ServiceNow experience Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Basic understanding of networks, systems, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, and remote access tools Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software Strong communication and customer service skills #TMN
