The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance and security. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of various technologies, including network administration, VPNs, and server management. Responsibilities Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations. Manage and maintain computers, notebooks, iOS devices, and handle some project handling, Support Office applications, ensuring users have the tools they need for productivity. Utilize our ticket system for incident management and tracking of IT service requests. Oversee network tasks, including monitoring performance and resolving connectivity issues. Support Windows Server environments, performing updates, backups, and user management. Collaborate with team members Provide technical support for macOS systems as needed. Work some nights and weekends when needed for events and critical response. Qualifications Some experience in IT support or a related field. Some Audio/Visual Experience Some Security Camera and Access Control Experience Some hands-on wiring and installation experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively. Familiarity with Windows, Chrome, iOS, and MacOS. Knowledge of Office applications and other software. Great communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant certifications are a plus. Looking to learn and grow in a school environment. Able to lift small to heavy items.
