Miami Lakes, FL Job Details Full-time $37,000 - $40,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Microsoft Windows Server Windows Driver's License Computer hardware macOS CompTIA A+ Full Job Description Computer IT Solutions, Inc. is a full-service IT provider serving small businesses and residential clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. We provide computer repair, network support, server support, backup solutions, storage, security, connectivity troubleshooting, and ongoing IT maintenance. We are seeking Computer Repair, Server, and Network Technicians to help troubleshoot, diagnose, upgrade, and repair PCs, servers, laptops, LANs, WANs, wireless routers, printers, backup systems, and related technology. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with computers, solving problems, helping people, and continuing to learn. While prior IT experience is helpful, we are willing to consider resumes from candidates with minimal professional experience. The right person will receive extensive hands-on training, work directly with experienced CITS technicians, and be given the opportunity to develop strong technical skills in the field. Positions are available for field support servicing small businesses and homes in Miami-Dade and Broward County. Skills and Requirements Must own a vehicle and have a valid Florida Driver License. A+ certification or MCSA is a plus, but not required. Basic to strong Windows troubleshooting skills preferred. Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Exchange, backup software, diagnostic utilities, and general software troubleshooting is helpful. Basic knowledge of networking, routers, printers, Wi-Fi, and common connectivity issues is helpful. Mac OS troubleshooting experience and familiarity with Apple hardware such as MacBook Pro laptops and iMac desktops is a plus. Linux experience is a plus. Microsoft Hyper-V and Veeam Backup Software experience is a plus. Must demonstrate good judgment, honesty, interpersonal skills, and organizational ability. Must be reliable, teachable, and willing to learn. Resume required. Important Notes New hires will work closely with other CITS technicians for training, support, and skill refinement. We are willing to train the right person extensively, especially someone with good character, strong work ethic, curiosity, and a genuine interest in IT.
