Description du poste : Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par les Ministères français de l'Europe et des Affaires Etrangères, du Ministère de l'Economie et des Finances et du Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial. Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France. Principaux critères d'exigibilité du
VIE :
  • Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire)

Un poste sous contrat VIE Improvement Support Analyst est à pourvoir au sein d' Satair USA à Miami, Florida. Vous rejoindrez Quality département. Le responsable du site de Satair Miami et le 'Head of Quality Americas' recherchent un analyste en amélioration pour soutenir les initiatives en cours visant à accroître l'efficacité et la durabilité des processus et des installations du site. Missions et responsabilités : Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes : Soutenir les projets d'amélioration actuels et nouveaux pour le site de Miami (bureaux et entrepôt) Mettre en place et administrer le nouvel outil de gestion de la formation pour l'équipe de Production Accompagner les équipes de Miami dans le développement de rapports au sein de Skywise Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir moins de 10 % en Amérique du Nord et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence. Compétences requises Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes : Diplôme en ingénierie aéronautique ou industrielle, dans une discipline connexe, ou justifiant d'une expérience professionnelle équivalente. 1 à 2 ans d'expérience au sein d'une organisation de production, de réparation ou de logistique (apprentissage et stages inclus). Une expérience professionnelle pertinente de plus de 3 ans (hors apprentissage ou stages) est privilégiée. Très bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et de la suite Google. Bonne compréhension de l'analyse de données et des outils de reporting (Skywise de préférence). Connaissance de la gouvernance de gestion de projet et des processus de gestion du changement. Bonne compréhension des besoins opérationnels propres à une organisation de production et de réparation. En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes : Solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes (stakeholder management) Méthode de travail très structurée Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et motivée Maîtrise de l'anglais Compétences linguistiques : niveau d'anglais avancé Description of the job The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
  • European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)

A VIE for an Improvement Support Analyst has arisen within Satair U.S.A in Miami, Florida. You will join the Quality Americas department. The Satair Miami site manager and HO Quality Americas is looking for an improvement analyst to support the currently ongoing initiatives to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the site's processes and facility. Tasks & accountabilities Your main tasks will include: Support the ongoing and new improvement projects for the Miami site (office and warehouse) Introduce and maintain the new Training management tool for the Production team Support the Miami teams in developing reports in Skywise This role will involve some travel for business, less than 10% within North America, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. Required skills You have the following skills and experience: Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering, a related discipline or having equivalent professional experience 1 or 2 years of experience in a production, repair or logistic organization (apprenticeships and internships included ) 3+ years of relevant work experience, not including apprenticeships or internships is preferred Very good understanding of Microsoft office and Google suite tools Good understanding of data analytics and reporting tools (preferable Skywise) Familiarity with project management governance and change processes Good understanding of operational needs for a production and repair organisation In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills: Strong skills in stakeholder management Very structured working culture Independent and self-motivated working culture Fluency in
English Language Skills:
