Digital Coordinator - INTL Colombia

Job Description Our client is seek a Digital Coordinator to support and drive global digial technology intiatives from ideation through deployment. This role sits at the intersection of digital technology, customer experience, eCommerce, and product teams, acting as a key execution and coordination partner across multiple workstreams. This person will represent Digital Technologies in program reviews, manager cross-team dependencies, and ensure projects stay on track through strong communication, metrics, and Agile delivery practices. Day to day responosibilities include but are not limited to:

•  Coordinate and drive digital technology projects across multiple teams, keeping timelines, risks, and dependencies visible
•  Lead day to day project execution using Agile (with exposure to Waterfall where needed)
•  Own key components of project plans including timelines, risks, reporting, and communications
•  Track and report project metrics, action items, issues, and risks to stakeholders
•  Facilitate project meetings, kickoffs, and regular delivery updates
•  Proactively identify resource needs, blockers, risks, and constraints; escalate when appropriate
•  Manage cross functional collaboration across Digital Technologies, Product, CX, eCommerce, Brand, Marketing, and PMO teams
•  Create, maintain, and update project documentation
•  Support budget analysis, estimates, procurement, and information gathering
•  Present clear options and recommendations when roadblocks arise
•  Manage stakeholder expectations and drive issues to resolution

•  5+ years of experience coordinating or leading digital or technology projects in a global environment
•  Strong experience working within an Agile project management framework
•  Hands on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar
•  Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and dependencies
•  Experience supporting enterprise or global technology initiatives
•  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•  PMP Certification
