This is an on-site position, located in Miramar, FL.Intern - MSP SupportSummer 2026
Internship:
MSP SupportThe IT Operations Intern will work closely with MSP Support Leadership and Service Desk teams to enhance documentation standards, improve operational workflows, and support ongoing service delivery initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world experience in IT support operations and managed services.

Follow MSP Support Leadership guidance to review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within IT GlueOrganize and migrate documentation to appropriate sections within IT Glue to ensure adherence to internal standards and best practicesCollaborate with the ConnectWise administrator to enhance integration and ticketing workflows between IT Glue and ConnectWiseConduct interviews with Service Desk Analysts to assess existing SOPs for accuracy, relevance, and usabilityAssist with documentation improvements and process standardization initiativesWhat UDT offers you Join us and be part of an inclusive, energizing, and collaborative environment.
