Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to maintain and enhance system performance while assisting users with application-related issues. This position offers an opportunity to work with various technologies and contribute to the success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory configurations to maintain seamless user access and security.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve hardware issues involving Dell Technologies devices.
- Offer guidance and solutions for application-related challenges, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Utilize Cisco Technologies to maintain and improve network infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain financial systems, including Sage Intacct, to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct testing and API troubleshooting using tools like Postman.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements to optimize functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions. Requirements
- Proven experience in application support or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and its configurations.
- Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco Technologies for network management.
- Experience working with Sage Intacct or similar financial systems.
- Proficiency in using Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
