We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team in Orlando, Florida. - Monitor and maintain financial systems, including Sage Intacct, to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct testing and API troubleshooting using tools like Postman.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements to optimize functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
