Our team designs and delivers high-performance virtual and mixed reality training systems used by front-line operators in complex and demanding environments. We are seeking an Integration & IT Support Specialist to support both internal IT systems and advanced simulation products. This role combines hands-on technical integration work with corporate IT support responsibilities and customer-facing field support activities. The successful candidate will contribute across the full product lifecycle, including system configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and support of deployed simulation systems, while also maintaining internal IT operations.
What you will be doing:
Setup and install end-user desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation, email, and basic network issues Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra environments, including users, groups, and permissions Support onboarding activities including provisioning accounts, devices, and training Track and manage IT assets in accordance with company policies Develop and maintain system configuration and support documentation Serve as a primary helpdesk contact and coordinate with higher levels of support Contribute to cybersecurity and compliance objectives through secure IT practices Configure and integrate hardware and software components using vendor documentation and internal procedures Perform system-level troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking environments Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions Participate in system architecture discussions, integration planning, and design reviews Execute feature, regression, and integration testing Evaluate and recommend third-party hardware and software technologies Collaborate with software, systems, and production teams during product development activities Provide remote and on-site support for deployed simulation systems Deliver customer training and product demonstrations Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve integration and support issues Travel to customer and test sites as required What you will need to succeed: Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related technical field Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, configuration, and troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft 365 and identity management platforms (Entra) Understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-facing capability Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Self-motivated with the ability to conduct research and resolve issues Experience with system integration or hardware/software interfacing (asset) Experience with system or software testing methodologies (asset) Familiarity with scripting or programming (Python, PowerShell, C++, or C#) (asset) IT systems administration experience (asset) Familiarity with VR/MR systems or simulation environments (asset) Exposure to military simulation platforms such as VBS or Arma (asset) Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as CMMC or
NIST 800-171
