Job Description

Fast growing company with a 40 year track record of success seeks motivated, intelligent, responsible, tech savvy individuals to join our expanding client support team. If you want to make a real difference - this might be what you're looking for. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with small business owners over the telephone, and helping them diagnose/troubleshoot technical issues with a web based "CRM" (Customer Relationship Management) software application.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately identify and troubleshoot issues and provide resolution for our web based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software application over the phone or 'screen share'. Facilitate new user training and on-boarding - Help customers (small business owners) set up their application and customize to their specific needs. Facilitate password recovery requests, answer 'how do I' questions, solve browser related issues and general web application troubleshooting. Maintain a positive, friendly, "customer first" tone and help customers understand the system without overwhelming them with "tech jargon". Self Motivated with a desire and drive to work hard and grow yourself both personally and technically Facilitate outbound and inbound calls to prospect for and qualify prospective users Ability to work well in a tight knit team environment Ability to multi task and manage multiple priorities with grace. Flexibility - We focus on the customer, so we must be able to help them even if it's somewhat "outside" the scope of our service.
