Perform onsite installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for workstations, monitors, docking stations, and meeting room hardware. Account & Identity Administration Execute joiner / mover / leaver workflows: provision and deprovision accounts, group memberships, mailboxes, and licensed applications in line with access control policies. Administer Active Directory and/or Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, and SSO-integrated business applications at an operator level. Enforce MFA, password, and device compliance policies; assist users with self-service account recovery in English or Spanish. Network & Connectivity Provide first-line support for onsite LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP/UC issues; perform basic troubleshooting at the switch, access point, and endpoint level. Coordinate with networking and security teams or vendors on escalations involving routing, firewalls, ISPs, or structured cabling. Run cable patching, port activations, and physical layer changes within the assigned site under documented procedures. Provide hands-on support for high-visibility meetings, town halls, and recorded sessions when scheduled, including bilingual events.
