Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to lead the development, integration, and validation of control systems for marine HVAC products. This onsite role in Pompano Beach is responsible for defining performance requirements and ensuring the seamless integration of electronics, software, and mechanical components Requirements and Qualifications ✅

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.

Technical Experience:

Hands-on experience with HVAC/refrigeration systems, including thermodynamics and system diagnostics. Experience translating HVAC behavior into control logic or software specifications. Familiarity with embedded control systems, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces (CAN, Modbus, SPI, etc.). Experience programming in C / C++. Experience integrating PLC-based systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Beckhoff is a plus).

Behavioral Skills:

strong analytical and problem-solving skills in multidisciplinary environments. Highly organized with strong project management skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and drive initiatives through completion.

Travel:

Less than 5% travel required.

salary:

$105,000 - $131,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
