Job Description

Help Desk / Desktop Support Job PostingWe are seeking a Help Desk professional with experience supporting end users in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Windows 10, and ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and user access issuesTroubleshoot Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365-related problemsManage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active DirectoryDocument, track, and resolve issues through a ticketing systemEscalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams as neededAssist with workstation setup, software installation, and basic system configurationDeliver strong customer service while supporting internal users
