This role serves as the primary help desk contact while also managing infrastructure, business applications, and EDI processes in close collaboration with the IT Director. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 help desk support for end users across all departments Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ERP systems (MS Business Central / Prophet) Administer network infrastructure including wired/wireless, switches, firewalls, and servers Manage cloud phone system, CCTV, access control, and printer/MFP fleet Implement and maintain EDI document exchange with trade partners (AS2/Lanham/Itrade) Serve as a System Champion for the Prophet ERP implementation — including data migration, testing, user training, and go-live support Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation in SolarWinds helpdesk Write user manuals and deliver end-user training on ERP and financial systems Requirements 2-5 years of experience in IT support/operations (Windows, networking, client/server) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred Familiarity with CCTV systems, cloud telephony, and mobile device management Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong analytical, written, and communication skills Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
