ABOUT THE POSITION
You'll join a collaborative and skilled team dedicated to providing world-class support to our users.
Key responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting software and hardware via phone, email, and remote login Becoming a product expert and staying current with new developments Training and orienting end users and students Assisting with software testing and quality assurance Contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture No industry experience is required — we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
ABOUT YOU
You enjoy solving problems, helping people, and learning new technology. You're available to work full-time (40 hours/week) onsite in Stuart, FL, with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Requirements:
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Strong grammar and writing ability (technical writing is a plus) Comfortable learning and supporting innovative software Familiar with Windows 11 Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
