We are seeking a Desktop support technician to provide technical support to internal business users. This role is responsible for assisting employees with hardware, software, and system-related troubleshooting while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide IT support for desktop, laptop, and application troubleshooting Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting in a Windows environment Perform password resets and user account administration in Active Directory Support Microsoft Office and email applications Escalate unresolved or complex troubleshooting to higher-level support teams Required Qualifications Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of customer service or IT support experience Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications Basic knowledge of Active Directory user account administration Experience working with ticketing or service desk systems Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in information technology , Computer Science, or related field ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL processes CompTIA A+ or related technical certification
