The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for end users, delivering timely and effective troubleshooting and support services. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot MFP-related IT issues, including: print driver installation, scan to folder/email configuration, network connectivity troubleshooting, etc. Accurately log, track, and resolve service requests using e-Automate ticketing software. Maintain strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Follow established procedures and documentation to ensure consistent and efficient issue resolution. Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to non-technical users. Qualifications Familiarity with basic networking concepts Strong knowledge of PC and Mac environments, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, mobile devices, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Strong troubleshooting skills Experience 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus Requirements Typically requires a high school diploma Must pass a criminal background check Must be able to commute to our Tampa office DEX Benefits After 60 days: eligible for 401k, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision & Life) After 90 days: accrue paid time off Paid holidays
