Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Application Support Analyst to support business-critical applications with a strong focus on business analysis, application support, systems analysis, SQL querying, and reporting.

In this role, you will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure enterprise systems run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and enhancements are successfully delivered. You will support ERP and CRM tools, assist with application configuration, testing, and implementation, and help monitor system performance and business continuity needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide application support for enterprise systems and business-critical applicationsPartner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve issuesSupport ERP and CRM platforms, including troubleshooting and user supportAssist with system configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancementsMonitor system performance and support business continuity planningDevelop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reportsCreate recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decision-makingAnalyze data, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure data accuracy
